Create a WhatsApp click-to-chat QR

Example input +1 (202) 555-0147 with message Hello becomes https://wa.me/12025550147?text=Hello. The expected result is a click-to-chat page or WhatsApp conversation with the text prefilled; it is not a WhatsApp Web login or linked-device QR. If the country code is missing, the account is not registered, or a long message makes the QR dense, correct the number or shorten the message and regenerate. QRFlow removes non-digits and encodes the message, but it cannot confirm account registration or every client’s handoff behavior.
