1) What QRFlow does

QRFlow provides browser-based QR generators for common jobs like URL, WiFi, vCard, WhatsApp, Maps, and redirect QR. It also includes supporting guides that explain print sizing, scan reliability, and rollout decisions.

2) What you can verify in the product

Each generator exposes the fields that become the QR payload, renders the result in the browser, and offers SVG or PNG output. The workspace also flags common scan risks such as low contrast, dense content, missing quiet space, and print sizes that need extra testing.

Static QR generation stays in the browser by default. Hosted redirects are kept separate because an editable destination needs a running service, a saved management key, and an availability check before anyone prints the code.

Guidance is useful only when it changes a real decision: which payload to use, how large to print, which file to export, what to test, or when a static QR is safer than a hosted redirect.

3) Find the right level of help

The site separates the working generators from print and troubleshooting guidance so you can start with the tool or with the decision that is blocking the job.

• Generator pages create the QR and expose download, saved-copy, print, and scan-readiness controls.
• Guide pages explain decisions that happen before or after generation, such as SVG vs PNG or static vs dynamic QR.
• Use-case pages show where a QR belongs physically, such as cards, packaging, counters, posters, or event signs.

4) Privacy-first design choices

Static QR generation runs locally in the browser by default. Share links use URL hash storage, and dynamic redirect QR is treated separately because it needs a backend to create and update short links.

5) How the site is maintained

QRFlow is maintained as an independent product focused on QR generation, scan reliability, and print-safe output. Product checks cover payload formatting, download paths, internal navigation, privacy-safe analytics, structured page output, and the public routes used for review.

A guide is kept in the public directory only when it has a distinct user job and can be checked against the current tool. Device- and print-specific advice always keeps a final real-device proof step because cameras, materials, lighting, and destination apps vary.

6) Monetization

The core static QR generator is free. Paid strategy is reserved for hosted dynamic QR, team workflows, and brand operations where QRFlow would maintain an ongoing service.

Advertising, when enabled, is not the product. QRFlow keeps ad disclosure separate, avoids ads in generator workspaces, and treats long-form guide pages as the only eligible advertising surface.
