A Google review QR code should open the “Write a review” screen for your Google Business Profile in one scan. Start with the Google review QR code generator.

In Google Business Profile, look for an “Ask for reviews” or “Get more reviews” action and copy the shareable review link.

  • Use the official review link (best UX: it goes straight to the review flow).
  • If you only have a Maps place link, it can still work, but it may take extra taps.

2) Generate the QR (QRFlow)#

  1. Open Google review QR code generator.
  2. Paste the review link (or Place ID) and generate.
  3. Scan-test on both iPhone and Android.
  4. Download SVG for print (or PNG for sharing).

Alternative: use a Place ID (advanced)#

If you have a Google Place ID (often starts with ChIJ), you can build a review form link like:

https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=ChIJ...
  • Add a label: “Scan to leave a Google review”.
  • Use high contrast and keep a clean quiet zone (don’t crop the QR).
  • Print larger for signage; scan-test from the real distance.

If scans fail, use the QR code not scanning checklist.

Optional: use a dynamic QR for campaigns#

If you want to rotate destinations (different review prompts, seasonal campaigns) without reprinting, use Dynamic QR (redirect).
